Meet Stacey
I’m Stacey Steele, a Registered Psychologist based in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions—either in a traditional weekly format or as EMDR intensives—to support individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My practice specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and I’m proud to be an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and Consultant. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care.

Services I Offer

Individual Therapy
A supportive space to slow down, reflect, and find meaningful change — available in person or online for teens and adults. Together, we can work through:

Consultation for Therapists
A collaborative space to deepen your clinical practice and build a sustainable, values-aligned business. Support is available for:
- EMDR consultation while working toward EMDRIA Certification
- Navigating complex trauma cases
- Starting, growing, or refining your private practice

Trauma-Informed Yoga
Gentle, body-based practices that honour the mind-body connection and support healing from stress, trauma, chronic pain, or burnout.
- Weekly group yoga classes for all bodies and experience levels
- One-on-one yoga therapy sessions offering personalized practices (coming soon)
I take an integrated approach to healing, incorporating mindfulness and body-based practices into my work. This supports holistic, trauma-informed care that honours the mind-body connection.
